Thank you for visiting the Bailey’s Farm Homeowners Association website. A “HOA” is a developer-created organization that serves the purpose of maintaining the appearance and common areas of residences and neighborhoods. Membership is mandatory for properties included in Bailey’s Farm Subdivision as stated in Section VI of the Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions for Bailey’s Farm Homeowners Association. HOA fee is $100.00 per year per property address.
Our goal is to keep you informed about your HOA and community. This website serves as a resource for information concerning the enforcement of the HOA in accordance to the Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions for Bailey’s Farm Homeowners Association, Inc. This Declaration was made effective as of the 24th day of February, 2006 by the owner/developer of Bailey’s Farm.
Please watch this site and posted signs throughout the Subdivision as to a Special Meeting that will be held in the future. Copies of the Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions for Bailey’s Farm Homeowners Association and the Binding Elements can be found on this site.
